John Scott Hoff (1946-2019)

Mr. Hoff, a founder and a partner of the Firm, began practicing law in 1976. He possesses a background which uniquely qualifies him for his specialty in aviation law, insurance defense, and litigation. Mr. Hoff is admitted to practice law in the following states: Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, California, Michigan, New York, Minnesota and the District of Columbia, as well as numerous Federal Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jared A. Schneider

Mr. Schneider is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He has more than twelve years of experience in civil litigation, having started working with the firm in 2007.

William D. Seith

Mr. Seith is an attorney admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Seith earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri in 1984. He attended Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, graduating with a B.A.in Philosophy in 1981.
